Default What's the deal with RANDODE.COM???

Is Randode still doing Scion business, or what? 13 days ago, I made a purchase and STILL haven't received it! I got the confirmation email, so I know he received my payment. I've already sent 2 emails and still no reply. Really starting to get aggitated. I really don't see why it would take 2 weeks to send vinyl eyelids when I'm only a state away.

Weird, I ordered some stuff from him maybe 6 weeks ago, and got it in a reasonable timeframe.

^^ I have to say, good point made here.

You also have to take into consideration that it may not be their fault at all. The amount of shipping for the holiday has already started so it could simply be from that alone, especially if another recent customer of theirs has posted up here no problems with their order/shipment.

I found the following shipping information from the big 'shipping' tab on the www.randode.com web site which may shed light on why you haven't received your order yet.


Shipping/Return Policy

All items are shipped via USPS. If it fits in an envelope it will most likely be shipped First Class Mail, larger items are shipped Priority Mail. Randode builds ALMOST all of the products, packages, and ships them HIMSELF. Some items are farmed out to a machinist. Due to the high demand and volume of orders, please alow up to 4 weeks for delivery. If you have placed an order, and would like to check its status, please e-mail Randode directly at randode@randode.com.

All items are "built to order". No returns on vinyl or electrical items. If you would like to return an item, please contact us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Any items returned without a RA number will not be accepted.

moved to where it belongs....a customer has thr right to post whatever they feel about their experience on the internet... if someone doesn't like it they should maybe not expose themselves on the internet....
Usually you have better luck when you support site sponsors versus non site sponsors...

First Class Mail DOES NOT take 4 weeks to ship. I've purchased eyelids twice from Randode in the past, so I know this full well.

RANDODE I'M CALLING YOU OUT! ANSWER YOUR E-MAILS/SCIONLIFE MESSAGES. This is getting rediculous. Day 26. I honestly wouldn't care about it taking this long, if I would have at least been notified that it would take a while. It's the fact that no communication whatsoever was sent my way informing me. Very unprofessional.
Once they do finally decide to show up, I'll take my order and make future purchases elsewhere.

What is "iTrader"? Does anybody have his business phone number? If he's going to run a business, he needs more than an e-mail under his CONTACT US tab. 9 day countdown until it's been a month since I purchased my order. I want my money back, plain and simple. If it goes longer than 1 month without any contact, I'm reporting him to the BBB.

Are you guys kidding me... So hes not a site sponsor so its ok for someone to bash him out in the open?

It says on his site allow up to 4 weeks. He makes custom one off parts alot. This means that hey I got this order in first not gonna drop everything to do your part. He told you up front may take 4 weeks. Sorry its not his fault you don't know how to read what is clearly stated in the shipping tab on his site.

As for site mods like the one that posted above.... Wow... thats not a good way to get new site sponsors.

It also says that if you'd like to check the status of your order, to e-mail Randode directly. Apparently, that too takes up to 4 weeks. I don't care how many orders you have. It doesn't take 4 weeks to ship freakin' vinyl stickers. Good grief, it takes 2 seconds to shove them in an envelope and send it on its way.

it is not bashing if it is true
First of all yes it is OK to complain, if you want to do business and do people wrong this the section that enables you to state your problems and look for a resolution
if you keep it a secret the person who wronged you could be doing others wrong and possibly once they are outed it could save another person from making a mistake
Second someone who is a sponsor has something to lose as they pay for the right to sell here. People should put there faith in them versus someone who tries to sell on the sly
If you your were actually observant you may have noticed I am not a mod......

He is not being bashed and if you notice they are his supporters running to his defense...
This would have been over if the seller responded and remedied.
