All Items sold are on an as is basis. DGR-USA, LLC. disclaims all warranties expressed or implied. We also do not authorize any one to assume liability in connection with these items. The buyer can not recover any damages besides theDGR product. (MECHANICAL, LABOR AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE DEFECTIVE ITEM). All merchandise is aftermarket and intended for OFF-ROAD use only. Buyer assumes responsibility for violations of local laws and rules that may result from use of merchandise. Please check your local laws and research the item to make sure you are purchasing the correct items.

All warranty claims must be approved by our warranty department. After the first warranty claim, the replacement part will carry only a 6-month warranty—after which point, if another replacement is necessary, the second replacement will no longer carry a warranty. Physical damage will void your warranty. Please keep all invoices for all warranty claims since this is what we use to determine the warranty period. Before any return, please contact our customer service by phone or email first for RMA #, we will NOT accept returns without any approval during warranty period after being approved by DGR-USA, LLC. staff. Buyers can have refund (after 15% re-stocking fee and shipping charge is not refundable) within 7 days after item is received, buyers shall be responsible for any incurred shipping charges to ship the item back to DGR-USA, LLC.. Coil-Over Damper Kits Warranty:
Coil-Over Damper Kits come with LIFETIME worry-free manufacturer warranty which includes product defects and damage from a collision. Any modifications or abuse to the coil-over damper kits automatically voids the warranty on the damper kit. All warranty claims must be approved by our warranty department. After the first replacement, there will be a change to 6 months and if problem still persist, the warranty will be void for that shipment.
