It is recommended to simply use a towel with hot water on it to wipe down the seat covers. It is not recommended to use some chemicals like leather cleaner because it is sometimes too harsh and could prematurely fade the material. You can use it --- but BE CAREFUL! Bottom line is, I would use a hot watered down towel to wipe, to avoid damaging the seat covers with harsh chemicals.
