I was just thinking that you don't need to move the visor too much to keep it from rubbing. I was thinking a heatgun/hairdryer might make the visor just pliable enough to bend it to a place where it wouldn't rub. . . then again do it at your own risk. I figure when I get them I'll have a look at them just to see if there is anything I might be able to do. Although the safest route still seems like the rubber or felt idea.

Okay, I did my own solution to the rattle. since our glass window has about 4 mm shaking clearance to the visor, it will hit and make vibration whenever the car moves and specially if you slam the door.

I sandwich a 6mm board between the glass and the visor, then fully closing the window. then I apply heat using a heat gun uniformly and carefully to the edge of the visor. now I have somewhat even 6mm clearance between the glass and the visor, front to end.
No more rattle. even if I slam the door. I could have stop from there, but since I already bought the wiper blade I also glued it inside just to make sure it won't rub.
I used the wedge tip of the wiper blade and used locktite super glue gel for the adhesive.

if you want to do this, do it at your own risk.

yes. but i did not exactly pushed it out with my hand, I sandwich a board in between the plexy and the window glass. be carefull on heating it. I did it slowly and patiently so as not to overheat the plexi. like I said, do it on your own risk!

Yeah I may have to look for another alternative, since I do not carry a heat gun @ home!

I recieved the visors today, I must say for knock offs I am very impressed with the quality. The ventvisors I originally had pale in comparison to the ES visors. Both in style and quality. Install was very easy. I was fotunate enough not to have the same problems as everyone else. they do touch the glass but the windows clear and do not hit the visors. Although I haven't had them on the highway yet. I do drive over really bad roads and I have not heard the vibrations/rattling that everyone has been talking about. It took me longer to take the old ventvisors off then it took me to install the Es visors. Definately happy with the purchase. I look forward to other purchases with Tommy. Thanks Tommy.

Does this product create the same inside airflow that the ESAM's create?

I don't know about the airflow of the ESAMs but it's definately better then the ventvisor brand that I had before.

I think he's actually been updating the title of the thread after each sale.

I wish everyone would think of stuff like that
