My old plate was better... but the state took it away b/c someone complained. Jerks.

I had WTFLOL... same PSU alum plate, but more funny.

soo still no reply on the xb1 install? nobody has done these for their license plate lights on a first gen xB and can help me with install instruction? any help would be great thanks.

 

Super easy install. Take a phillips screwdriver and remove the screw holding each housing in. 1/4 twist to take the old bulb out, pop the new one in, 1/4 twist to lock. Put the tab on the side of the housing in place first, then screw it back in place.

 

OK... I caved and just ordered the rest of the bulbs for the interior.

wow, installed them on the xd last night and they looked great. Do you have anything for the xd trunk area. the light is never bright enough to see anything back there, wondering if you had anything to fix the problem. Thanks =]

 

Right on! And yes! The 3022 aluminum festoon bulbs on my site fit the trunk area. They also fit the rear dome!

I got my lights this last Friday. sorry I haven't posted yet.. I was working some crazy hrs at work. I will get pics up in the next few days.. GREAT LIGHTS!!!!!!! EVERYONE SHOULD BE SPORTING THEM!!!!!

Yes they sure are! I am starting to run low so by Monday or so they will be on back order again for a few weeks. Keep bumping up my orders in the hundreds and they keep selling out super fast!

it took 15 tries to get this one shot.. I have my sun shades in the windshield to block the outside light. 99% of the light in this shot is from the 2 MAP lights. it was taken at night in our parking lot. my windows are tinted 5%. almost 0(zero) light gets through.

here's a few of the license plate lights. OH, They don't look "blue" in person. I even checked with a buddy of mine that works for the PD here and he gave them the OK!! in fact he said that EVERY car should have license plate lights like these..

Right on! Looks great! Really appreciate the photos! And I have to agree on the blue thing. I just do not see it. A customer installed them last night that got a full swap and we looked at them for about 5 minutes and he said he just does not see blue either, just pure vicious bright white light with a tiny hint of violet.

I am located in Coolidge Az. Pick ups happen all the time along with swaps!
