How are we misleading? A person on ebay who undercuts the price we have POSTED on our site is not a dealer and warranty IS VOID. Why else would the company NOT allow the $15.00 mail in rebate to work on auction sales?
Bump for the facts - call Fujita and ask! They will not accept a warranty on an item that is purchased ON EBAY for a price lower than the prices we sell for. This goes for all companies that enforce MAP (min ADVERTISED price). If they don't advertise for that price, they will not allow warranty. Injen does this too!!!
This does not mean someone can sell for less than MAP; this just means that someone cannot post on websites, ebay, magazines, etc for under it...
Hope this clears up the issue and again, if you have a question about this, feel free to call Fujita or Injen yourself.

wasn't meaning to make an example of YOU. Your post just happened to be above my bump.. sorry if you felt that way but it was aimed toward people who think they are saving only to find out warranty is void with Fujita since they protect their products against ebay sellers.
