A majority of the projector headlights are as follows: 9006 bulb in the projector itself and 9005 in the high beam.

So if he wants an hid kit on a scion xB but not a bixenon kit, would he have to buy H4-low? or 9003's? I think waker87 only wants the single low beam hid kit for his xB and not bi-xenon.

H4 and 9003 are the same thing. Also, if your friend with the xB wants just low beams, he can buy an H4 single xenon kit. If he has aftermarket headlamps, he will have to pull the bulb and read the numbers on it so we know which kit to get him

i just mounted them right behind the grill directly next to the headlamp housings. there is a black bolt on both sides that holds the bumper that are easily removed. ill try to get pics up by tonight.
