hey operatic

i got the hids, h4's thanks! However, i'm still confused on the additional wiring harness.

Is my understanding of how to put them correct?

From what I understand, at the wiring harness (not included in the box) two round shape plugs that go into the ballast. The two round shape plugs coming from the xenon bulbs themselves (same size) are not being plugged in?

While the factory headlight plug from the wiring harness (the one shaped like |_| ) plugs into the stock harness?

Hope that makes sense.. ?

Here is a diagram. As for the wiring harness, yes those 2 round / oval shape plugs go into the ballast. The 2 rounded shape plugs from the xenon bulbs are plugged into the ballast which will have similar shaped plugs.

And the 3 prong connector on our wiring harness that has the relay will connect to your factory connection. Hope that helps clear everything up. If not, hit me up, I'll clear anything else up.

Okay, that does make sense, but i'm confused still about the two round plugs from the headlights that go into the ballast .. There is already one set of wires going into the ballast from the headlights, so should I plug in the round connectors from the headlights or from the wire relay into the ballast? There is only 1 set of female connectors in the ballast, but two set of male connectors so it's got me wondering what to do...

I guess my question is this.. do I really need the wire relay harness or can I just plug in the bulbs into the ballasts and the factory harness to the factor plug and be done?

you can but theres a beter chance of melting the harnesses. i did it and hurt my harnesses now they are gone, i had to splice the wires goin to re do it this weekend tho, and it was not because of these it kits, it was like that before the kits because of Luminics

I just want to praise and thank you for your supper fast shipping... over night (insane)

Too bad i wont be able to install these babies until my car gets back from the body shop. So you wont be hearing from me if somethin is defective on them (i highly doubt it though, visually they're ok) till my baby gets back to me.

THANKS AGAIN!!!
