Looking for Tester for xA/xB Adjustable Camber/Caster Plates
Hey Folks;
I’m in the need for someone to test fit a product which I feel is very unique and to my knowledge is not yet available to the Scion Community. To give you a little background on my specialty is Supra’s; specifically second and third generation. I currently sponsor:

Recently I just imported from Australia adjustable Camber and Caster Plates from a company called K-Mac. K-Mac has been in the performance suspension business in Australia for over 40 years. The parts I imported are for the 82-86 Supra and as mentioned the adjust camber AND caster. These are very similar to something like a Cusco Camber Plate with 2 main differences:
1) They NOT only adjust Camber but they adjust Caster easily without lifting the vehicle home. Go for Track Mode to Street Mode in the matter of minutes.
2) Unlike the Cusco and other similar units; the K-Macs are available with the PillowBall mounted in Urethane. What this does is give you a smoother softer ride vs. Solid Mount. Most people claim to love the feel of a solid mount but in my opinion that’s because they are brainwashed into thinking that: bigger is better; stiffer is better; lower is better. For a street car Stiffer is NOT better; and who is kidding who…99% of drive our cars mainly on the street. If the stiff route is your way then fear not as this is still available.
Here is a picture of the 2nd Generation Supra units:

So what I would really like to do is ask you; the Scion community how much interest there would be in a product like this. Your first question is obviously going to be pricing; to give you a rough idea these units retail for $465usd Plus shipping. Pricing for a large group purchase would be approximately $375-$400 Shipped.
Please keep in mind; this is NOT for the person who just wants the ‘appearance’ of a pretty looking upper mount…you can easily do that for $225 with the Cusco’s. These units in my eyes are the most function upper mounts available today; you are paying the premium for adjust something you were never able to do on the fly before.
If there is enough interest what I’d like to do in order to ease everyone’s mind is get 2 test monkey’s. One person to test the xA and one to test the xB and report back to the community any fitment issues. If there are no issues and there is enough interest then I can host a group buy. The person who will test the product will get them at a highly discounted rate; but he she will have to do their own install. I do not have any access to Scions where I am so most rely on you guys for this info.
So what I need to know is 2 things:
1) If you think this is something you’d be interested in please express your interest by posting
2) If you think you want to be a tester please send me an email to: george ‘at’ raptorracing ‘dot’ com with the title: Scion Test Monkey. I will give you all the details via email.
I look forward to any comments/questions you may have.
