Yes, $187 total if your getting a HID kit + H/L upgrade + 3000K color + lifetime warranty + relay harness + if your in California (sales tax) + $11.80 shipping.

For your 2004 Scion XA, you will need H4 H/L upgrade if you do not want to lose your high beams.

$106 + shipping/sales tax if your in California, you do not need the relay harness as the H/L kit already comes with one, please let me know if you have any other questions.

Just for some members I saw asking, majority of the luxury cars come from the factory with 4300k. 6000k give a really nice light, and still looks factory. 6k will be my purchase. The higher the kelvins the less light output actually comes out.

Are these plug n play, or is there splicing of the wires involved?
