Is this just plug and play? I have been reading correctly that you just plug right into the stock wiring? No splicing or running a bunch of wires? Also I have a 08 xb and I need them for black low beams what bulbs do I need?

Straight plug and play, for your car you need H11 bulb size for the low beam.

I have a few things I want to ask OP. Ever since I installed these when I am driving at any speed it causes the car to stutters in power, but at idle nothing happens.
Also what do I have to do to get a replacement on one of the units. It doesn't connect to the headlight cable correctly. Just slightly loose in its connection. The other one works great and both work, just every now and then I have to pop the hood and reconnect the drivers side one. I just think the plastic connection isn't set properly on yours. I have tried multiple times to make sure it fits correctly. What do I have to do?
