As we told you on the phone, we'll make sure you're taken care of. If it's obviously not a Fed-Ex issue, we will handle it. If it appears to be a Fed-Ex issue, we will make sure it is handled with Fed-Ex. Either way, you will be compensated for your troubles. If we could have prevented it from happening, we definitely would have, and we know you would have too. We value your business and we value our reputation, and we will make sure you are not left high and dry.

Please take in consideration that we cannot simply hand out free wheels on a whim without any sort of documentation or proof. We deal with shipping rims all the time and bent wheels do occur every now and then due to shipping and rarely in the manufacturing process.

As we discussed over the phone, 4 weeks is the longest amount of time a claim usually takes and that we would take care of you.

deng i think ill be picking up a total of 2 sets of wheels from yah in the coming from now to 3 or 4 months from now........first it will have to be the Four Play then the Supermesh or the other way around depending on which one is cheapest.....so far its the Supermesh....well come to think of it i want da supermesh in the red and the gold.........so i may be getting a total of 3 sets.........Props to yah
