Yeah it is the basics I am going to try to hammer it out to 2mins flat. I have a few others on how to setup the Xgauge and running through some functions. Next up how to do the fillup calibration. I'm new to filming so hopefully they get better as I make more!

Easy enough.
Next time you go to the pump fillup all the way then go to fillup and select done. That's it. Drive until about a 1/4 tank fill the car up again go to fillup press the button to tell it how many gallons you put in then select done. From here on out just do fillup done no adjustment needed.

So your Check Engine light came on and you looked under the hood, it's still there what next?

Grab a ScanGaugeII it will pull codes and clear the light!

Im gonna ask cuz i just found this thread and been curious if they actually made a code reader for the scion tc. im glad to see they do and from what i can tell it does a whole lot more than the average code reader. This will work on a 2009 scion tc correct cuz if so expect my order today?

Another Question, When it gives you the trouble codes does it just give you the number or does it actually say what the problem is? Ex. bad O2 sensor or something like that and which one. Or does it just give the number and i haveto go look up the code elsewhere?
thanks

It gives the code itself, then you look up the detailed information in a reference, such as the two linked to in my signature at Scion Docs...
