Desert Eagle shift knob from TWM Performance now available with engraved shift patterns!


Engraved shift patterns are now available on the acclaimed Desert Eagle weighted shift knob from TWM Performance!

We now have the engraved 5 speed pattern 1 and 6 speed pattern 2 and 3 in stock on our Desert Eagle weighted shift knob, here is a picture with the satin and stainless finishes:

The Desert Eagle weighted shift knob is currently available in the Satin, Stainless or Mirror finishes, the Flat Black and Gunmetal finishes are coming in the next few weeks.

nice, i would like to see the gunmetal one. how are the inside threads, any pics.

We'll post pictures of the engraved Desert Eagle in Gunmetal finish once they are in stock. It's the same finish as on this link:

The threads are as deep in the shift knob as possible for maximum height adjustability.

It'd be nice to drop it a few inches because of the deeper threads.

do you guys make automatic shift knobs and can you give me some details on the bushing kit for the short shifter?

Hello Domo,

Concerning automatic transmissions, our shift knobs fit vehicles that don't have a lock button on them and have a threaded shifter shaft. This includes car like the automatic genesis coupe, certain Mazda's etc...

As for the bushing kit, you need a Manual transmission to be able to install these. The function of a bushing kit is to basically remove the slack and vague feeling from the stock shifter by replacing the stock soft rubber bushings with metal bushings.

If you have any other questions or concerns, don't hesitate to ask!

yes I do have a manual tC equipped with the stage two TWM short shifter. My girl has an auto thats why I asked about the threading on the shift knob. Let you know if in a bit if im getting the bushing kit. Thanks
