Lightbulb Excessive Airbox Vibration..

Hello SL Members,

I owned a 2005 xA for 11 years and I just purchased a 2015 xB.
Both had the excessive airbox vibration that you hear when the car is idling in drive.
And luckily this trick worked for both vehicles.
Dorman part number 49450- wiper motor bushings are a perfect fit. Remove air filter from airbox. Remove 3 bolts from bottom, remove the old inner sleeves, take out the old bushings.
Remove new inner sleeve from bushings, instill new bushings in the airbox bottom, insert new sleeves, position airbox correctly lined up and insert bolts.

Install air filter and airbox top. Like new!
Excessive engine vibration is another topic for another day as there may be a few things to troubleshoot.
I hope this helps.
