18x9.5 rims

I just bought a set of rims that are 18x9.5 will they fit under the car with stock suspension and what size tire is good for this rim kinda new at this so any help will be appreciated was more worried bout the turning and fenders more than anything since I do a lot of highway driving

07 I got em on it was close fit but they fit good running 225/40/18
