Default Hello all!

Hello all! Tomorrow I believe I will be a proud owner of a 2013 Scion TC Super White! It'll be one of the things that I can finally check off my bucket list! So since I'm gonna be a frequent member here i'll post up some information about myself. My name is Tony Nguyen, I am 18 years old (yes I expect to be getting a lot of crap haha) I live in Overland Park, KS (if anyone else lives out here i'd love to meet up sometime!) Eager to learn as much as I can about cars as this will be my second car (first is a 99 Subaru Legacy 2.5GT) Some things I plan to start off with this car is to tint, fog lights, spoiler, and interior lights. I will hopefully be getting some performance parts once I save up more money from my job. Nothing fancy though as it will be an automatic yes I know arrg auto
Any advice/tips would be much appreciated this seems like a nice community and I hope to fit in very well!

Thank you! I've looked through your forums before and it's a very well mannered place. I just never got to register because I don't have a Scion which will be awkward if I do not end up getting mines tomorrow haha

It actually didn't T_T right now debating between a 2005 TC, 2010 TC, 2012 TC, 1976 280z, 1979 280zx, 1996 Miata, 2004 Mazdaspeed Miata, 2013 Mazda3, 2008 Tiburon, and a few others... ARRRRG!

That's a list! Go for what fits your budget and is practical. Assuming it will be your daily I'd opt for something newer and reliable. Also consider cost of insurance and parts.

One thing i would suggest is going 15-20% on tints. I had 35 on my tC and i could barely tell i had tints from looking at it on the outside. I got 15 on my new car and love it. Yes thry are a little dark and potentially a ticket haha but it looks a lot better.
