Hello scionlife,
I've gone through lots of cars, but have never owned a scion/toyota. Got sick of reliabilty issues after my SE-R's engine went out, so i decided to go the route of scion.

I picked up a 2008 xD five speed, and so far have been loving it.
Here's a pic of it:



I plan to ditch the steelies, and kill of some of that wheel gap once i find a decent suspension setup to put in.

I look forward to reading through all of the info here, there appears to be a lot of good stuff on this site.

I love the XD. For future reference look up the Japanese version called the IST. Hope u get it the way I want it soon. Looking forward to seeing what you do to it!

 

oh wow the IST is good lookin, wikipedia says there was an AWD option?!? jealous....

might be kinda neat to get the Urban Cruiser badging lol
