Default 2005 Scion tC A/C stops blowing cold.

My A/C has be working great until last week. It stops blowing cold. At first it was intermittent but now it will blow cold for about 15 minutes then turns warm. I will raise the hood and the compressor is not turning. Both fans are running but not on high speed. After i park the car for a while..... Same thing, cold for a bit, but then warm after a short time. I turned car and A/C on the other day and let idle in my drive way 30 minutes and no problem. I hooked up one of those 134a cans with gauge on the low side and 134a show to be in limits. Think maybe the high/low pressure switch or a/c relay? Help please.
