Default 5K service suggestion

I'm not sure where this actually belongs so I'm posting it here in the hopes that someone else can find a proper home for it:

I rarely use my A/C but this summer was particularly muggy and it was used all the way from Sandusky to Toledo (about 50 mi). About halfway across Toledo on 475 there is a long sweeping turn and traffic was heavy and running about 70mph. We were in the middle lane and started into the right turning curve when it felt like a cup of freezing water was dumped on my foot (I was wearing sandals). Needless to say It got my attention...which, considering traffic conditions was better off outside the car. I came very close to killing my whole family that day because the A/C condensation drain was stuck closed. The refrigerated water was stored in the ducting until it spilled out in the turn. It took about a half a second to figure out what had happened but imagine loosing control of the car in heavy traffic at highway speeds.

I have the car serviced at the dealer when it says and I ASSUMED they did a thorough job. Apparently not. Make dammed sure that they clean out the A/C drain and dump valve EVERY time.
