AMAZING! Scions never need brake flushing?!?
Am going thru hell right now with two other Ford brake systems. If the original owners had flushed them, I'd be in good shape today.
So I looked up when to replace the xA brake fluid. What? Never??? Nowhere in 120 months is it mentioned to flush the lines.
Guess I'm writing it in every 40k miles in the book...

It's a good idea to flush the brake fluid every 2 years, since the fluid soaks up moisture and will go bad even faster if you don't drive the car.
My xA has the 5 speed, and the clutch master cylinder shares the same reservoir as the brakes, so that gets done at the same time.
