Default bird "doo-doo"

Well a few days ago, this bird I dont know what it ate, but it literally spilled its guts on my car. I cleaned it off today, and now there is a residue from where the guts used to be. How can I get this off? I washed the entire car with the auto dry car wash system and that did not take it off.

Any suggestions.

Use a Claybar... it should get that stuff right off

I use the claybar that came with my Zaino, but you should be able to get one at Pep Boys or AutoZone. They sell one called "Clay Magic" I believe, and it comes with the lubricant.

Just make sure you follow the directions found on the bottom of this page:

http://www.zainostore.com/Merchant2/...duct_Code=Z-18

And if you drop the claybar on the ground (concrete, asphalt, grass, whatever) THROW IT AWAY and get a new one. Any little peices of rock or debris stuck in the clay after you drop it, however small, can damage your clearcoat if you pick it back up and use it again.

I've found that wearing rubber gloves helps to keep the claybar from slipping outta my hands.

Also, put on a little wax to the area that you used the claybar on, cause it will take up all the wax too.

Of course if you claybar the whole car, wax the whole thing afterwards.

I second the clay bar - I first heard about it on this site and gave it a try after I had some unidentifiable gunk on the front of my car that I couldn't remove. Came right off with the clay bar. Also I had a 50 MPH encounter with a piece of plywood that was painted black... the clay car did the trick for getting the black paint off my SSM finish.

I probably need to get another one. Each clay bar is supposed to last long enough to only clean the car twice. And on an xB once is probably more realistic.
