Black stuff dripping from exhaust..

I just got my oil change from my dealer. When I got home, I noticed there was black stuff dripping from the exhaust.. This is my first time noticing something like this. Is this normal? or I better drive my car back and tell them?

Black Soot or a black liquid?

Maybe you are running rich....have you pulled the plugs? If so, whats the color? Is it black or brown?
