Default Can this be done?

How is everybody doing? I just had a quick question for you all. Tomorrow or sometime this week I am going to get the 15k service done. This consists of the oil change, tire rotation, tightening drive shaft bolt, inspecting brakes, and inspection of engine coolant, brake lines, drive shaft boots, etc. I do my own oil changes, with Mobil 1 of course, and I went to Wal-mart to get the tire rotation. Besides tightening the drive shaft bolt, the rest of the things that need to be done are inspections. So my question is, my dealer price for this service is $60, so will I pay less, since they are doing less work? That would make most sense to me, but if not, well, what else can ya do, right? Also, while on the topic of maintenance, if something went wrong down the road that had something to do with oil changes, would a receipt for a drain plug washer and oil filter suffice as evidence of an oil change (I lost my receipt for the oil I bought from Wal-mart)? Thanks for any input.

I don't think that you will have a problem if you keep records of changes in a book or some other form of record. Its hard to change the filter without changing the oil.............
