Default Car Canopy

So I park my car outside and now that's it getting colder at night in socal, I have frost on my car in the morning, like so much frost that it drips down and looks like it got rained on- it pretty much defeats the purpose of my cleaning the car--

Soo I'm thinking of getting a 10x20 Heavy Duty Car Canopy

it would be set up in between two walls and I'd put the height of it as low as possible -

Do you think it will prevent the frost? or at least minimize it?? Or are my efforts futile in this one?

Thanks a bunch!
