Default CD player

So i have the stock cd player from scion. It skips when i play a cd. I have been told by Tim (Red Genie xB) that i just have to take it into toyota and they will replace the cd player. What do i need to take with me?

Make sure that the TSB number is written _on_ the service order. The technician might not be aware of the TSB and will simply listen for a few minutes and write "could not reproduce" on the report. Save yourself a trip by making sure that they know that this is a known defect.
