Default Code P0171, VSC, Trac Off, ABS and Brake ???

My bone stock 2005 xB is throwing Code P0171 (system too lean - bank 1), the idle is roughand VSC, Trac Off, ABS and Brake lights are light up on the dash. I've erased the codes and reset the ecu, but the problem is still there. I've checked for vacuum leaks, etc.

Any ideas on how to fix it?

I got the idle to smooth out and I have no more check engine lights after replacing the cracked intake manifold (why the hell are these made of plastic!?). I still have the BRAKE, ABS, VSC and Trac Off lights lit up on the dash though. I bought this car wrecked and I'm trying to de-bug it and get her back on the road as my daily driver. Any suggestions? Please help!

When all my all my lights came on in the dash I had a fuse out and my brake lights weren't working. Check that out, and go from there always check your fuses

Mine came on VSC,TRAC and ABS lights. Shut off the motor then restarted it and lights were gone. Ran a code scan and no codes were present.

Update! Turned out my high mounted brake light was an led bulb. Changed it back to standard bulb and the lights stopped coming on. Lights were only coming on when I turned the cruise on and my cuise would not work till I got it straight.
