How deep is it? Is it down to the primer? If you run your fingernail across it, does it catch?

If it's just a clearcoat scratch, and doesn't go all the way to the primer or the metal, you might be able to polish it out with Scratch-X, but it'll take a while.

Rock jump-up is pretty common, I see lots of cars with marks 'down there.' You might even try some touch-up paint and see how noticable it is before you pay to have it fixed.

I'm in a similiar situation where I scratched my front left fender. I tried fixing it and I made it 10x noticeable and so if I wanted it profesionally repainted (FlintMica), how much would it run me?

Same goes with the rear bumper, only about a quarter of it?

If you want professional, I can relate my experience.

I had a smaller than fist sized scratch on my front bumper where some a**hole pulled a hit and run on me. I was told they would need the car for 3 days, and they would have to remove the bumper. The cheapest I found was $465.00 and the higest was $598. I asked both places how much it would be to two-tone it, and it was about the same price. Un-frickin-believable the cost of collision repair nowadays.

These were NOT macco-type shops, these were recommended to me by a friend who works for a local insurace company.

ScratchX works by actually removing tiny fractions of your clear coat. It levels it down to a point where the scratch doesn't show anymore, or at least makes it better. In order for this to work you need to really work it in hard, for a few minutes. Doing two or three applications.

It mostly depends on how deep it is, if not into the actual color, you should be able to fill in the clear coat with touchup and let dry fully and lightly sand with 1500 grit paper and then buff it out with very fine compound.. scratch should disappear

I also have scratches on my passenger side fender... I found out that my friend always steps on fender whenever he gets off! OMG..
My passenger side is a mess... another guy also opened a door and hit the other guy's car... and edge of my door paint came off.. showing white
i believe small scratches can be fixed with Scratch-X right? but what about a little more deep scratch? I got white line across it... but I don't think its deep scratch... (my car is black)
Does white line disappear if I use Scratch-X?

You need to be more careful of who you let get in and out of your car. They sound like real winners. Dissin your vehicle like that. Scratch X only works on very light scratches in the clearcoat. If it's a white line, that could go all the way down to the base color which will need clearcoat to be filled in the sanded and buffed to make it look right. It's really unbelievable the way others treat peoples cars. Guess it's the way you are raised???
