Dumb question
#2
You should ALWAYS be hand washing your car. Pressure
washing forces particulates INTO the paint and contaminates
the paint causing spots, scratches, and paint fading over time.
But, if you insist on pressure washing, you should be fine
assuming you aren't holding the washer 3" from the paint
and blasting the finish off.
Make sure you give the paint time to cure properly (the paint
shop who painted for you can tell you how many weeks that
is), and give the whole box a good wash and wax. This will
help protect against contaminates and cracking.
