Hey guys, did anyone here cancelled their extended warranty and get some refund $$$? I'm thinking of cancelling my warranty that I purchased with toyota because I'm planning to boost my tC and I'm just wondering if I could get some refund.

 

I piad cash for my car and bought the extended warranty... When I decided I was going F/I 6 months later I canceled my extended warranty and got a refund for what was left of it... Im not sure how this works for people who have a loan on there car and are making payments.. So I would call somone and find out exactly what happens to the refunded money.

 

If you are going to cancel your warranty and have financed the vehicle you can cancel your warranty. However they prorate it and the refund goes to the payoff of the vehilce. You do not get the cash back since you have not paid for it in full yet. Now if you paid cash like proshop then you have paid for it in full and would get the refund back directly.
