good Wax for my Flint mica?
So today sucked.
i noticed like 50-60 small scratchs in my paint, and i kinda freaked out a little.
Whats a good wax for dark colored cars? that will hide and prevent my s h i t t y paint job from looking like hell in 5 years?

Zaino Wax is amazing. Ive used it on all the cars ive owned and I've never used anything better.

For wax that you can get at a normal auto parts store I hear the new Turtle Wax "Ice" polish and wax is good on darker cars because it wont leave any white stuff behind that normal wax will. Or prettymuch any Meguiars wax will work great.

You'll prolly want to use a light scratch remover from Zaino or Meguiar if you want to get rid of it permanently. I plan on buffing out swirl marks on my hood and trunk (where it's most noticeable) hopefully this weekend.
I highly reccomend Meguiar Scratch-X. Greatest thing since sliced bread.

Klasse all in one followed by a carnuba car wax (I like Zymol myself) 12 hours later.
The short chain molecules in the AIO will give dark colors a bright shine while the carnuba will give it depth.

seriously this is going to sound odd to you but the toughest and best wax I have ever found for cars is mequiars carnuaba boat wax you can only get this stuff at a boat store or at a marine supply my car is flint mica as well you will only need to wax your car once every six months do it in the shade on a cool day after a wash apply a thin layer the downside to this wax is that it takes alot of hand buffing with a cloth actually a few cloths to get all the haze off but this stuff is tough it will protect your paint better than any wax I have found and I have tried them all I think even the most expensive stuff and you can also wax the outside of your windows it will work exactly like rainx for six months water will sheat off of your winshield but with this stuff you can use your winshield wipers and it doesn't go away like rain x meguirs boat wax is your answer and on the back of the bottle it says it is safe for paint and clear coat so no worries I've used it for years on all my cars and it is hands down the best i have found in the ongoing wax war. and if you really think about it what has to take a beating with tons of water at high speed a boat so rain is no match for this stuff and it is relitively inexpensive a eight dollars a bottle and a bottle will last 4 years. hope this helps solve your problem

I'm having great results with the new NANO wax on my BCP. But yes, address the scratches first then follow with a quality wax every 6 months min. Prefferably every 2 months
