How do I take off the driver's side door panel?
I've been noticing a small bit of rattling from the driver's side door panel when I'm playing music that has a lot of bass. I want to take the door panel off to investigate, but I don't want to mess anything up. Could someone give me a detailed description on what screws and such need to be taken out so that I can check to see that my speaker is tightly secured or so that I can dampen whatever it is that's causing the annoying rattle? Thanks
I think I may have solved the door panel rattling problem...
Today while I was at lunch I was listening to something with some bass that was causing the annoying driver door rattle... It's been annoying me for some time now and I still haven't had the nerve to take the panel off and investigate. Anyways, it was rattling and irritating the hell out of me (as usual) so to cool off, I roll the window down and it stopped rattling. If I roll the window all the way up, and stop pressing the window roll up button just after the window seats itself in the window seals, it's all good... no rattling :), but If I let it keep going past the seal, rattling comes back.
I hope that sounds clear and I hope that works for everyone else that's having the same problem.

All along the bottom and sides of your door panel are pop clips. You just stick your fingers in between the panel and the door and pull, straight.I usually start at the bottom corner closest to the front and work my way in both directions from there. Then, the top of the panel hangs in the window slit so once all of the clips are out, you just lift the entire panel upwards and off the hanger. Be sure to unplug the window and lock controls before you try walking away with your panel.
Hey guys...I forgot to mention that there are 2 screws. One is in the door handle (armrest) and the other is in the door release lever piece. Take those out first. Sorry about that. I forgot.
Now with the rattling noise, I just got one last night but I don't thinnk it's the door. It's on the driver's side and happens everytime I step on the break slightly harder than normal. I don't even need to be going fast but when I hit the break, there is a weird rumbling noise. Any suggestions?
From what I've noticd, the arm rest is the problem. I started feeling around when the bass would hit, nothing would help, then the arm rest stopped it. I figured it might be one of the window buttons, I held each one individually, still rattling. If I held them all at once, the rattling would stop, or if I put pressure on the whole bezel. So for those of you taking your door panels off, look into the arm rest.
