Default How to fix front bumper scratches?

I was pulling out my driveway - in a bit of a hurry because the street I pull out on is very busy and cars come speeding around the corner from my driveway - and I accidentally scrape the front left side of the front bumper along some rocks that line my driveway. The damage is quite substantial and is noticeable from a mile away - big ugly white scars is what I call them. Is there any way you can fix a plastic bumper without having to buy a new bumper? I know I could probably use touch up paint to get rid of the white, but the scrapes are still there. Is there something I could fill them in with - it being plastic and all? Any advice is GREATLY appreciated as I'm quite distressed. Thanks!

If the bumper has not been too terribly gashed and can be evened out by refinishing you would not need to purchase a new one.
