Well, i just recently installed my lambo door kit and had to extend all of my wires for my windows, etc. in the door. I took the wiring kit completely out and on to the bench. After carefully wiring each indidvidual wire( sautering, heatshrink). and putting the whole thing back together i don't have power. I know the wiring is done correctly. I made sure of it and checked again and again. I have checked the fuses under teh dash and in the engine compartment. The fuses i checked were the 3 door fuses and the total control fuse for the lock doors etc.

Windows will not work, Sunroof will not work. My door locks and unlocks and the power windows work.

Anybody know what the hell is going on?

what do you mean by this? do the windows not work when you use the up/down switch? or is it and auto down window that doesn't work? :? I might have an idea.

 

I think it is time to bust out the multi meter and check everything again. You may have broken a solder joint durring the install. Also, I believe that there may be some diodes involved in all that wire (I took my wiring book to work today so I can't be sure) If you reversed one of those, that can be a problem.

 

a little clarification needed, do the windows roll up or down at all? You said the windows dont work, and also said the power windows work, a little confused here. Do you mean they work just not the auto up and down feature, if thats the case it's a very simple process to fix that.

 

windows do not work. We figured it out. The relay went bad. replacing today and should be fine. thanks for the help though.
