Default Interior problem (underdash)

Just noticed the other day when I was vaccuming my car.. that the plastic piece underneath the dash (in front of the shifter thingy, the very bottom where the dash meet the carpet... its semi circle) Well, half of it pops off for no reason. I think a piece of the clip is broken and when I push it in it doesnt hold for too long.

Is this part easy to come by at the dealer or will they have to order it for me? I'm definately getting them to replace it and i think it happened when the techs installed the lighting, because the wires for the lighting go right over that thing so i guess they broke the tab when they removed it to wire the lighting...

Anyways.. just thought I would vent....

they just probably did not insert it correctly

on the passenger side theres a round tab you can push it from behind

you should be able to take out that cover

putting back on snap the driver side first then the passenger with that tab

hope it works!
