I like to get some help here my require maintance light has come on. and while reading the manuel it's to come on if you over look your oil change but my oil was change 500 miles ago my current miles are 16000. any ideas on how to get it to go off.

 

they forgot to reset the light. you can do this by holding the trip button down and then turn the key to the on position and wait until the dashes go away and your all set.

 

There is a webpage that tells you all the combos but yes ....you have to hold the trip button and turn the key a certain way ...etc etc. Same kind of concept to make the seat belt beeping turn on/off

what else can you do? i know how to make the needles not re-cal. when you turn the car on but how do you do the seat belt thing? what else can you do?
