Monroe Quick struts on XB questions...
Help please... I posted this in the XB suspension area and have no replies...
I was going to put on Monroe's Quick Strut kit on my Xb. On Monroe's website there are 2 listings for the upper strut plate for the Echo strut parts breakdown (the Echo struts are supposed to drop the front end by 1/2" due to the location of the spring mounts on the strut body). Can anyone confirm or deny if the upper strut bearing plate of one of the 2 listed for the Echo is the same as the upper strut bearing plate of the Xb. I have 80,000 miles to date and wish to replace all the parts involved with the strut assembly and this seems like a quick way to pull the complete, assembled strut out and re-install a alredy assembled strut in it's place...
Your information or help would br greatly appreciated, Thanks, Scott
