My 05 xb has 25k miles. Need advice on maint.
All I've really done to this thing is change the oil and filters. I haven't done any of the scheduled maint. Is there anything I absolutely need to do now? I don't drive much since it's a 3 y/o car and only has 25k on it. Anyway, it's been trouble free thus far but I do worry about things that I maybe should be doing.

I pulled this info directly from the service manual:
25,000 suggested maint:
Oil change
Tire rotation
Brake inspection (very easily done since the wheels are off for the rotate)
Additional maint:
Inspect ball joints and dust covers
Inspect drive shaft boots
Inspect air filter
Inspect steering linkage and boots
Tigten drive shaft bolt
Tighten chassis nuts and bolts
Or scion.com has all this on PDF

FOLLOW YOUR OWNERS MANUAL.....
that doesn't mean you have to have the dealer do it. My '05 has 65K on it and I've done all my stuff myself. Plugs are every 30K....it's a 10 minute job w/a 10mm socket and sparkplug socket. You can NOT get to the fuel filter unless you drop the tank, so don't worry about that.

Although replacement before 50-75K miles is probably overkill, even by my standards if you use quality gas and dont run your tank dry all the time.
Access to your FF does require you to take out your back seat though.
