Default Needing some advice, please!

Today, while I was driving my little brother from school, someone hit me in the back of my Scion XB. I was parked, waiting for the light to change and all of a sudden I felt something hit me. It was a teenage girl driving. The only damage to my car is an inch scratch in the middle of my rear bumper. Should I just forget the whole thing or get it fixed? If I get it fixed, will the bumper need to be replaced or will the old bumper can be fixed?

The girl was so shocked when she hit me....she keep stilling me that we don't need to call her insurance.

Yeah the reason she told you that is because it would be HER fault and not yours. I would get it checked out though. Under the bumbers their is usually a big long piece of foam its called an absorber and it does what it says and absorbs the impact if its been broken next time you get a lil love tap it might not do its job.
