Default Oil on Paint

Guys I was parked in a parking lot for maybe 15 20 min and when i came back it looked like someone has either squarted or from another car sprayed the whole right side of my car with what looked like red transmission fulid. I came home right away and washed the effect area 2 times with auto dry and rinsed it well. Anything I need to worry about my paint or I will be cool. I waxed it like 3 months ago.
