when i painted my tails with red lense paint, i did not mask well enuff and paint got on the inside of my hatch. it was all over the place. i took the sponges with the mesh on it soaked with soapy water and scrubbed really hard. it took awhile but the paint came off. i would try the same thing. don't worry it doesn't hurt the clearcoat.

Do NOT Scrub hard! Our paint is too soft and it will scratch. First try some WD40 if that doesn't disolve it try some 90% rubbing alcohol. If that still doesn't do it try some carb cleaner on the tip of your finger inside a papertowell. These things should disolve the paint then just finish up with a good coat of wax.

First, wash the car thoughtly and then dry. Then try the products I've mentioned in the same order. They will also remove whatever protectant you put over the un-wanted paint specks. After all the paint spots are removed, re-wax the area a couple times to keep it protected.

Clay works on light overspray (haze) but prolly not on actual drops. It needs to de dissolved so the 3 WD or rubbing alcohol would need to do that. Have you tried anything yet to see how hard the paint is?
Or you could complain to your apartment managers and demand that they or their contractor pay to have it done. That way you won’t have to worry about scratching your paint trying to get it off yourself.

Im going to try everything you guys have mentioned I have clay, and im going to try just a small area first with the rubbing alcohol, and I will letcha know how it goes...
Try a small spot first. And if it doesn't come out, then I would definitely try to hit up your landlord. Never hurts to try. Especially if they are responsible for it, considering that the building paint matches the paint specs on your car.

Budsmoke is right. It's either going to disolve easy or not at all. If not let a pro remove it and have the lanlord or his insurance pick up the tab. Sometimes it doesn't pay to be a nice guy.
