I have a silver 06' scion tc and i just noticed while washing the car that there are "streaks" in the basecoat on the hood. It looks like the metallics in the paint did not lay down right. Also noticed a chunk of dryed clear coat on the underside of the rear hatch. Kinda sloppy from the factory if you ask me. Brand new cars should be flawless. anyone else have this problem?

 

I have an 05 FM tC and i noticed while washing my car aswell that there are like drops of clear coat or something that stands out i mean it's flat along with the paint but you can tell there is to much there.

If yours is that bad take it back to them and show them.

just so you guys know......
alot of vehicles come in thru the Long Beach ports and are delivered to dealers all over cali and the US.....
if a vehicles recieves damage during transport from over seas it can be FIXED as long as damage is under 1500$ and it DOES NOT have to be reported to the dealer or the purchaser.
there are some body shops right at the sea ports that will take care of the damage before the dealers ever get to see it.
