hey i bought a clarion MAX385VD dvd touch screen player and it wont let me play dvd's while im driving, it says to connect some stupid wire to my emergancy brake wire. how do i bypass this??
p.s. everything is torn apart right now so please respond asap lol

Simply put-you can't. The companies are very striclty regulated on these units so they can't be sued if there is an accident.

That wire that goes to ur emergancy brake....take that and find a good ground and ground that wire. Problem solved. Just don't watch dvds while u drive

my friend did this thing in his tiburon where he rewired it to a switch. i forgot to ask him how it works, but basically he just flipped the switch twice and it bypassed the restriction
