Performance declines after going high speeds
2007 Scion TC (Stock & Auto)
So the other day I hit around 115 on the track. There were times when I was going this speed for an extended period of time.
I've noticed that my car shifts a lot more rough and its acceleration seems to have declined.
I plugged in my OBDII scanner and saw that I am running in open loop while de-accelerating and Closed loop while WOD. My car never used to go into open loop when at normal running temps.
My question is could I have stressed the A/F sensor or MAF or even the CAT to the point of not being able get accurate feedback, causing an open loop?
Could I have possibly damaged something in my car?
