Default Recently painted car, now have problems

I just recently picked my car up from paint. I started putting it back together and now i have a few problems.

1. The passenger window wont go up. I have Lamborghini doors so I know they were disconnecting and reconnecting the plugs to the door controls. The locks on both doors work, the sunroof and everything on the drivers door (minus passenger window control) work. The window doesnt go up regardless of which control you use.

2. My HVACs are all off. The 4 ways work, but the heat and a/c dont turn on. The controls dont light up at night either. The time is displayed, the four ways work, but nothing else works.

3. Turn signals... Ive recently installed aftermarket headlights. I have yet to wire the turn signals in them. However, the rear tailights right now arent kicking the turn signals when i put them on. The 4 ways all flash but the turn signals dont work. Is it possible that its just because i have a broken circuit because the fronts are installed yet?

Thanks for your help, and ideas are better then none.

not sure on #3 and # 3 but on #1 try holding the passenger switch up for about 10seconds.

check all of your fuses thier is 3 differant locations for them, you can also pull your panels apart and make sure it is all plugged right (the car is like a lego snaps on and off ) it could be unplugged behind the console.
