Well I finally have some time to do a quality repair on thos epaint ships on my hood. Only problem is that i noticed that there is a very very small amount of surface rust on only the deepest of chips.

Any idea how to remove this small amount of rust? I understand that inorder to do a good touch up job the surface has to be immaculate and clean as possible.

I planned on cleaning it with alcohol, applying touch up, using touch up magic, 3m scratch remover and waxing.

Try a pencil eraser or use something with a small tip but not sharp and fold some sandpaper around it tightly.
