Default right rear brake noise

I am hearing a rubbing/ squeeking noise on the right rear drum. It only happens when I am breaking, and only happens at speeds below 10mph. It is not a loud squeek, only audible when the radio is turned off. Has anyone else experienced this? I am currently using my stock wheels and tires, with trd springs. The summer tires have been off since October.

You may have brake dust build-up. Or have you overheated the rear brakes lately or driven w/ the e-brake on?

Just a few thoughts.

My roomate moved my car, and I have the e-brake on. I hope he took it off. What does this mean for my brakes if he didnt? I havnt driven the car hard since July, and no noises since then.

I dont know anything about brakes and maintenence of them, any info is appreciated.
