Default safe to change springs winter/summer ??

I want to change to goldline spring for my tc. I live in chicago and we have some pretty crazy winters over here. I can feel my underneath rubbing on some snowways in my alley wheni park in the garage w/ my stock springs. Now my question. Is it safe and ok to change my springs every season ?? Like for winter to and change to stock , and summer to goldlines. I know of coil springs , to change ride height. But those are costly and am not really looking into those.

That would be no problem at all.
