Default Scratched Rim: HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Hey i have the scion 15" alloys, not the twist, but the straight 7 spokes. Anywho, though i was tough ____ takin a curve a lil too fast, and ever*so*slightly bumped a curb with my front left tire. Now, theres a big scrape around 1/4 of the lip of the rim! Only super noticable to me, but i'm still anxious to get it fixed or do it myself...Can this be done at a dealer, myself, or would i be better off just slammin some Motegi 18"s on it? Thanx in advace for your replies.

If you feel handy enough to do it yourself and have the right paint...this works.
