Default TC, Window wont go down?

It seems to have happened after I disconnected to battery to install my exhaust. I can't put the passenger window down from the driver side door. Is there a simple way to fix this or do I need to go to the dealer.

I remember a topic similar to this a long time ago but I don't remember what the remedy was. Thanks for any help.

I did search but half the results were more than useless, thanks for any help.

go to the passenger side. roll the window all the way down and keep holding the button down for like 5 seconds after it's all the way down. roll the window all the way up and keep holding the button up for like 5 seconds after it's rolled up. problem solved.

^^^ Actually he shouldnt even have to do all that. Press the Window lock button that is likely the problem. To reset the window so that they automatically go down, press the Window lock button roll them down and hold for a few seconds and repeat when closed, holding the button. It worked for me. The roof will be the same. Open all the way, and keep holding the button, for five seconds then close and hold the button in the closed position also. Your back to automatic operation.
